What are the dates for the SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition and GovMilSpace 2025?

Both the SATELLITE Conference and GovMilSpace will take place from Monday, March 10 through Thursday, March 13, 2025. The SATELLITE Exhibition, including the GovMilSpace Pavilion, is open from Tuesday, March 11 – Thursday, March 13.

The Exhibit Hall is open during the following hours:

Tuesday, March 11: 10:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday, March 12: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 13: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Do SATELLITE and GovMilSpace offer government and military discounts?

Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rates. Active military government employees will also receive a free exhibit hall pass!

To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process. You must register with a government email in order to qualify. Please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Note: Contractors do not qualify for military discounts.

What is the dress code?

Business formal is encouraged for all events. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?

All SATELLITE and GovMilSpace attendees will have access to Wi-Fi throughout session rooms, common areas, and the exhibit hall.

How do I make my travel arrangements?

SATELLITE and GovMilSpace 2025 both take place in Washington, DC at The Walter E. Washington Convention Center – located between 7th and 9th Streets and N Street and Mt. Vernon Place in downtown DC.

Who is the official housing vendor and are there discounted hotel rates?

Yes! Enjoy discounted pricing at one of the many of our partner hotels. Reservations can be made directly with our official housing vendor, Connections Housingonline or by calling them at (702) 625-5496 or e-mail at [email protected].

Please note when making reservations: Unless the e-mail came directly from SATELLITE/GovMilSpace or Connections Housing then they are NOT affiliated with the event. Please be vigilant if approached by any company that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of SATELLITE/GovMilSpace. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts.

Yes! SATELLITE 2026 will take place March 23-26, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Does the Metro run to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center?

Yes! Take the Yellow Line Train marked Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center. Upon exiting the Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center Metro Station, the entrance to the Convention Center will be directly in front of you. Visit the WMATA website for more information.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of SATELLITE 2025; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to [email protected] or SATELLITE 2025, Attn: Registration, 9211 Corporate Blvd., 4th Floor, Rockville, MD, 20850.

There will be a $25 charge for badge reprints onsite.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing and must be received prior to January 29, 2025. No refunds will be granted after January 29, 2025. There will be no exceptions. All cancellations are subject to a $999 cancellation fee or a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be retroactively applied to current registrations. Only one discount per attendee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients.

Age Policy

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition and GovMilSpace 2025. There are no exceptions and this rule is strictly enforced.
