Clients have included: Volvo, KKR, 3M, AT&T, Ford, as well as the Department of Defense, OUSD(I), DCSA, DDI(I&S), USPS, US Senate Commerce Committee, & House Energy & Commerce Committee, National Academy of Science, Congressional OTA (Office of Technology Assessment), Consortium of Midwest Governors.
Heldman is also Senior Consultant and Executive Advisor on Business Development, Policy & Governance, & Transformation at AT&T. Previously roles at AT&T include Vice-President of the $12B Industry product, market, & regulatory division responsible for constructing network solutions for growing wireless, data, & broadband markets as well as all federal & state regulatory policy. Heldman was also Sr. Program Manager for AT&T's Bell Labs & Strategic Marketing Compass Initiative, leading an international telecom consortium that built a "Living Laboratory spanning 14 states piloting network and application solution from: AT&T, NEC, Fujitsu, Siemens, Northern Telecom and others" - Bob Stoffels Editor of America's Network Magazine feature story "The Compass to Our Future".
As Government advisor advised DoD clients on post 9/11 Transformation Pivots, Critical Defense Infrastructure, Technology & framework enhancements to meet new operational realities and threats.
He is a published Author of 5 book

Competitive Telecom, McGraw-Hill and numerous articles.
He also has Lectured at MIT, Duke, U of Minnesota, & George Washington University, Dept of Commerce, United Nations....

Education: Heldman has an BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgetown University.
