SATELLITE 2025 is a four day-long event with lots of sessions, tracks, and events scheduled throughout the week. We’d like to know when and where you feel your topic would fit best on the schedule.

I understand that speakers are required to:

  • Attend one 30-minute prep call with fellow panelists and/or Access Intelligence team members

  • Arrive to my session room 15 minutes prior to my live session starting

I authorize Access Intelligence, LLC to print, record, duplicate and offer for sale conference proceedings, videos and webcasts, my speech/presentation and any portion of my participation.

I waive any and all rights and claims resulting from the recording, duplicating and sales of these proceedings.

I affirm that none of the material presented in my speech/presentation infringes anyone else’s copyright or right of privacy, and further, I will not libel or slander any other person, facility, product, company or service during my speech/presentation. If such affirmation is breached, I will indemnify and hold harmless Access Intelligence, LLC and its employees, officers, and directors.
